Declaration
  1. I declare that I am above 18years in age.
  2. I understand that and shall act only as and Executive Co-coordinator (E C) of team India insurance & Financial Services Pvt Ltd (The Company) and shall never act like an authorized representative or agent/employee of the company.
  3. I shall not introduce or sell any product or service that is not approved by the company through and/ or using the net work of the company.
  4. I understand that my coordinator ship cannot be sold or assigned or transferred except in rare cases, to the members of the coordinator’s family and that too only with the prior approval of the company.
  5. I understand that to discontinue my coordinator ship, I may submit my resignation at any time, without any reason, but with 30 days written notice to the company. In such a case I understand that I am entitled to receive all the incentives with deductions if any, but NOT entitled for any refunds.
  6. I am responsible for and shall pay all the applicable taxes. I understand that the company deducts as per the rates the income Tax and service charges at source, from all/any incentives.
  7. I understand that the company is entitled to alter /modify /amend or change the rules from time to time to make the business /marketing system viable and competitive.
  8. I understand that this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the coordinator and the company and no other promises, representations, guarantees or agreements of any kind shall be valid unless they are in writing.
  9. I understand that as a coordinator I should not print /circulate / advertise may matter with out prior written approval of the company, which can be obtained by by submitting a copy in advance.
  10. I understand that I should never accept cash for any transaction, and that I shall accept only Demand Draft(DD’s) in the name of BAJAJALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE CI LTD. Payable at HYDERABAD.
  11. I understand that the company reserves the rights to reject this application without assigning any reason whatsoever, and to terminate my Executive coordinator ship when assigning any reason whatsoever, and to terminate my Executive coordinator ship when it finds that I act against the aims/rules and regulations of the company.
  12. I understand that I should visit and read the company website for detailed rules and regulations, which shall be final and binding on me, and shall be visiting the website from time to time.
  13. I understand that any disputes regarding this coordinator ship shall be brought to the appropriate courts at secunderabad only.
  14. I Understand that I Should inform the Company in writing with in 7 days of any changes in my address, telephone numbers etc.
  15. I understand that I should change the login/Back office Password immediately after my ID activation, for security reasons.
  16. I understand that while I am the Executive Co-ordinator (E.C) of TEAMINDIA or any of thier sister concern. I shall not start my own company or promote any MLM company or Referral marketing Company as such. If found that I happened to do so , I understand that my ID's on my names as well as the ID's of my family members , friends and etc., for whom i am doing business will be considered to be terminated or blocked without any further notice from the Management of TEAMINDIA/Any of thier sister concern.
  17. I understand that while with TEAMINDIA or any of the sister concerns I am not suppose to take help from any employee without proper permission.
  18. I understand that while with TEAMINDIA or any of the sister concerns any serious complaints from my downline Executive Coordinators(E.C) about my services or any irregularities. I Understand that TEAMINDIA or any of the sister concerns are authorized to terminate or Block my ID's without any further notice from the Management.

  19. Death claims to be claimed directly from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. to properly process the documents.

  20. Renewal to be paid by you through any branch of BALIC nearest to you. To avoid delay in getting receipts
